[Like so many recently, Break wakes up with a thrashing scream. He falls off the bed and into the view of the PCD, along with a shower of white feathers, wings collapsing down around him awkwardly. He gasps for a few moments, face buried in his hands, and stays like that.

There are some things it hurts just to remember, never mind to experience. Yes, even like that. It's a long moment before he gets control of himself and lifts his head, turning to look groggily at the little device.]

You're on speaking terms with Dora Folk?

Depends on what you mean by 'speaking terms'. I think he's an idiot and I'm not friends with him. I don't really know anything about him except for the fact that he likes to run his mouth.
