maddest | [Accidental Audio-Video]

[The PCD is jostled on to audio in time for an almighty crash to register. It skitters across the ground, cracks against a stone, and the video function is triggered. Break is on his hands and knees on the street, looking more irritated than anything else. He pats his pockets, realizes the device is missing, and sighs.

Slowly, he begins the process of patting his hands along the ground, investigating with his fingers what shapes seem lighter or darker than others to his ruined eyesight. He is- for once in his life- utterly silent.

Attempt to make it to the clinic: firmly derailed. Though he was getting close, from the looks of the buildings around him.]

[ooc notes: this will be a fairly non-responsive PCD post. Break has been having trouble with his vision for months, and now the event has also taken away his ability to hear as well. He won't be able to respond to comments via PCD, but the hope is someone will realize this and come find him, be it for good or for evil. Or just to laugh at him via the feed.]

[He doesn't answer, finally finding the PCD and standing again, starting toward the clinic with renewed determination.]

[She'd shunpou to him, but her lost sense of touch doesn't allow her too. She'll settle for going out and walk in his direction.]

[He doesn't see her approach, of course, so they'll risk walking right past one another in the street.]

[Well, she's without touch, not blind and she can still feel his energy, so it'll take a bit longer than usual for her to finally get there.

Now to get his attention ... She waves, trying to make him see movement even if his eyesight is bad.]

[He gets a sense of something- and pauses for a second, before taking another tentative step forward.]

[Well, at least he sensed something. She slowly comes closer to lightly touch him on the arm, ready to jump back in case she surprises him and he swings at her.]

[Very, very nearly. But he manages to restrain himself, with a sharp jerk.]

Who-?

[Broken volume control, speaking without hearing himself.]

[She's not sure how to make him understand. She can't remember if he can feel energy, but she focuses her reiatsu just in case.

And gently tries to push his hand towards her face so he can feel it.]

[His fingers don't linger long. The tickle of energy, the part and sweep of her hair, then the bridge of her nose... he drops his hand and nods.]

[She offers her arm, gently closing his hand around her haori so he can hold on. She can guide him to the Clinic.]
