No. I meant - I wouldn't elect a single person to make any sort of choice. No one is completely impartial.. especially not with as many people in this place who can influence moods or use all-out mind-control.

It's hard to trust anyone, and it's worse when the Animus are part of it. Most of the time we don't even know that things aren't normal.

Katara, I've worked in agencies like the one they're proposing for longer than you've been alive. The path they're on right now has nothing to do with justice.

My father was chief of the tribe, but -- it was never very big. We didn't need a lot of governing. I'm not sure what goes into creating a system of law, so I think I'm just going to stay out of it.
