Not in so many words, but it snowed on me on day three. I figured that's a sign ta be careful of the weather.

Yes. You'll still have to scavenge for food- and on some days, you'll be snowed in.

Fuel for fires is also important to stock up on. Blankets, outdoor clothing.

Anyplace in particular that stores blankets? Most of the cloth I've been findin' is moldy.
