Fascinating, most just call me weird or creepy.

'Pretty' implies a wholesome sort of pleasantness.

[Whatever it is, it's some sort of bird if the sounds being made are any indication. Along with that weird.. hissing sound.]

[Coming over and squatting down, head tilting almost curiously from the hissing.

Then just reaches a hand inside through the bushiness, making whatever it is sound much more unhappier as the other hand goes in, knife being tucked away before pulling out-]

[Gloved fingertips traveled along the serpentine body, eyes momentarily lingering over the bloody spot on the feathers of one wing.]

[Both wings were twitching, body coiled near the end. It wasn't moving exactly how a dead snake's body would even after death- but then again it wasn't exactly a snake.

Delving back into the bush, parting the thing limbs and leaves as he searches throughout it for anything.]

If something is found it will either be some sot of nest or a kill.

I don't know if I want to fight a snake for a carcass.

[He makes a face.]

You could make a pet of it.

[Chuckling to himself as he gets to the bottom of the bush, shifting a bit of leaf litter around.]

It is a little pretty, isn't it?

Though, I'm afraid it was only this little thing that was here. Perhaps it had been after something.

Is it hurt badly? I'm not sure it'd be humane to let it go.

The knife had it pinned to the tree by a wing, other than that-

[Peering at it close.]

[It's coming out of it's stunned state slowly, that one wing tucked close to it's body, starting to wiggle.]

Put it in the bag, carefully. The darkness might help keep the little thing calm.

[He puts it in the bag, and holds it close. For warmth.]
