[Al gives him a warm hug in response.]

Slowly. I'm trying to take it a little easier.

[Al plays with the edge of Break's blanket, giving it a light tug.]

[Urging him into the bed, fluffing the blankets up.]

[Al feels it, and looks down... finding absolutely nothing.]

That's Sugarplum. She's mine- she's invisible. Be careful, her claws are razors.

[Literally. But her sweet little front paws go up on his leg, as she stands up and starts to mewl for attention, kneading a tiny bit. He wasn't kidding.]

[Al keeps his feet where they are, carefully kneeling down. He winces, because that really hurts, and carefully touches her head.]

... where did you find her?

Come here, sweet-

[Reaching down to scoop her up, he tucks her against his chest, holding her in such a way that he position is obvious, then gesturing for Al to come pet.]

Lucifer. She's a hellkitten. She's going to grow up fiercely protective and guardy.

[Al reaches out to pet her, exploring slowly, making sure to stay away from her sensitive eyes and nose.]
